Hey there,
I'm Vontrice!

I work with first-generation visionary leaders, entrepreneurs, nonprofit founders, who are carrying vision but don’t know where to start. I help you get clear on what’s been placed inside of you, develop the leadership to carry it, and take intentional steps to actually build it.

If you’ve ever felt you’re the first in your family, dreaming bigger, or stepping into something you’ve never seen you’re in good company.

I’m a speaker, leadership coach, organizational builder and founder who's work is centered on helping people break through what’s been holding them back, get clear on what they’ve been entrusted with, and take real steps to build it.

Over the last decade, I’ve built programs, leadership pathways, built a growing multi-city community and designed conferences that have equipped countless people to lead, develop others, and steward vision with clarity and impact across their spheres of influence.

Everything I do sits at the intersection of leadership formation, spiritual alignment, and execution because it’s not enough to have a vision. You need the capacity and the strategy to carry it.

Carrying vision is one thing knowing how to build it is another.

There comes a point where you realize it’s not about having more ideas it’s about knowing what to do with the ones you already have. The real problem for most builders isn’t a lack of vision it’s lack of clarity, structure, and leadership capacity.

So you start and stop. You stay in cycles overthinking, tweaking, waiting for the right time, or trying to do everything all at once. And the weight of what you’re carrying starts to feel heavier than it should.

Whether you’re at the beginning trying to figure out where to start, or you’re already knee-deep in building and feel stuck or stretched, the goal is the same to help you build.

Not just start it. Not just manage it. But to build something that actually can be trusted. That's where I come in. I help you take what’s been sitting in your head, and your heart, and put structure, direction, systems and movement to it so it can actually thrive.

Because what you’re carrying is too weighty to handle loosely. It deserves intention, development, and the kind of leadership that can sustain it.

Ways to Build With Me

Speaking & Ministry Engagements

From conferences and leadership gatherings to churches and retreats, I come to pour, challenge, and call women and leaders into what they’ve actually been entrusted with.

I don’t just come to speak I come to shift the room. My messages are rooted in the Word and focused on helping people gain clarity, grow in leadership, and move into action.

This is for: Churches, conferences, women’s gatherings, retreats, and leadership spaces ready to be stretched and activated.

Leadership Formation

& Development

This is where I work closely with leaders to build the capacity to carry what’s been placed in their hands. Because having vision is one thing but having the structure, discipline, and depth to sustain it is another.

We focus on leadership formation developing you from the inside out because you are most valuable resource to your business and team.

Together, we create a clear, intentional menu for growth that strengthens your thinking, sharpens your execution, and expands your capacity.

This is for: First-generation leaders, visionaries, and builders who know there’s more but need direction, structure, and real development.

Organizational Strategy

& Growth Consulting

I partner with founders, ministries, and organizations who are building something real but need help bringing structure and alignment to it.

Together, we get clear on what you’re building, strengthen how it’s being led, and put strategy in place so it can actually grow and not stay scattered.

This is for: Nonprofit founders, ministry leaders, and organizations ready to build with clarity, strengthen their structure, and move forward with focus.

What God placed inside of you isn’t meant to be admired, t’s meant to be built.
